The Divinely Responding Classic is the eighth book and treatment formulary section of Yang Ji-zhou's monumentally important Ming dynasty Great Compendium of Acupuncture & Moxibustion. Originally meant as a "stand alone" title, Yang incorporated into what he felt to be the best, most clinically useful collection of acupuncture-moxibustion lore available at the time. Arranged by body part, physiological functions, and symptoms, this book contains hundred of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment protocols, all indexed by symptom for easy access by busy practitioners.

From the Publisher:

Most authorities agree that Yang Ji-zhou's Great Compendium of Acupuncture & Moxibustion is the culmination of premodern Chinese acupuncture texts, and the Shen Ying Jing is the treatment formulary of that great book. Therefore, no modern practitioner of acupuncture and moxibustion can afford to be ignorant of the treatment protocols contained in this book.
