We do not know whether they were still young at heart at that age or not, but we must presume that their arteries were still good and that they had not yet started to die at the age of 21 if they lived to the age of 300. In those days there was also a science of agelessness known to the sages of India. These sages invented a system of body training - a method of unison designed to keep man healthy and young and at the peak of physical power, regardless of the length of years. Beginning with a system of bodily movements repeating the animate stages of existence, a blueprint of all the organs and glands with breathing techniques for perfect functioning of each, and a technique of sensitization and control of all these organs, it led finally to a supersonic state of brain matter. This supersonic state of being is the divine majesty in every man awaiting its time of unfoldness.
