They served in the Seven Years War in North America, during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars, the West Indies, South Africa, South America, the Peninsular, Burma, the Crimea, the Indian Mutiny, the Afghan war and Boer Wars. In WWI they fought on nearly every front, winning 68 Battle Honours and 3 VCs. In WWII they served at Dunkirk, Italy, Singapore and Burma.
