Reseña del editor:
The follow-up to 2004's "Cooking USA", "Cookout USA" celebrates America's obsession with grilling and eating outdoors. With one iconic recipe from each of the 50 states, this colourful little cookbook offers classic summer favourites such as Babyback Ribs from North Carolina, Grilled Lobster from Maine, Spicy Catfish from Mississippi, and Mesquite Grilled Chicken from Arizona. Add to that the famously traditional side dishes we all love to enjoy along with the meal, including Devilled Eggs, Baked Beans, and Cole Slaw (and don't forget the Potato Salad!). Full colour art of nostalgic postcards, signage, travel brochures, and other ephemera swiftly bring your childhood memories of picnics, car trips to the beach, and national park vacations front and centre.
