Biografía del autor
Dee M. Bakker is a technical writer with over ten years of experience in the publications industry. For the past six years, she has focused on writing for the computer industry, where she has contracted with such companies as Intuit, QualComm, and Intel. Her experiences also include writing feature stories for a Midwestern newspaper, editing and writing for a bird--watching magazine, and editing books for various publishing companies. She currently resides in Southern California. She is a wine--enthusiast and loves to travel. Diane McMichael Gilster (MCSE 2000, MCSE NT, Network+, i--Net+) has been active in computing for over 20 years and networking for more than 10 years. Diane's experience includes stints as a Network Manager, Network Consultant, and PC and Network Technician in both large and small networking environments, including wireless networking applications. Diane presently is active as an IT certification trainer, consultant, and author, with a currently popular book on home networking.
