Reseña del editor:
Soap opera storyliner Sim Purdy lives happily, if unromantically, with her partner Francis, who has trouble remembering the names of their best friends: 'alpha couple' Matt and Lucy, argumentative Vanessa and Nicholas, reliable Campbell and Eve, and nervous, secretive Hazel. But when Sim gets home one day to discover that Campbell - a man so indecisive he's turned vagueness into an art form - has left Eve for tobacco heiress Rory Napper, she knows immediately that something must be done. Matt and Lucy's wedding is only seven weeks away, and Sim needs to restore the correct world order before the big day. But, curiously enough, Francis and her other friends don't seem so keen to rescue Campbell from the clutches of the hideous Grimbelina. Perhaps because unusual complications seem to be materialising in all of their lives...
