Biografía del autor:
Living in different countries and surrounded by people of many cultures, Urooj Alam Grundmann grew up with a unique perspective and appreciation for diversity. Her childhood included such homes as Pakistan, Poland, Mozambique, and the United States of America. As a young girl, she saw her parents helping others in need, from donating clothes and toys to cooking pots of food to distribute to the needy. Her parents instilled in her a sense of responsibility to others, which led her into the field of teaching. Alam Grundmann taught 4th grade for five years in Title I schools where she felt she could make the biggest impact. After the birth of her second child, Alam Grundmann decided to stay home and raise the children so that she could provide the type of upbringing for them as her parents did for her. Alam Grundmann currently resides in Frisco, TX with her husband and two children.
