Carp Addiction is a book about a man obsessed with carp fishing from his boyhood where fortunately he was mentored by a couple of experts, at the lakes he fished with, whom he still remains friends today. It was not long before he was catching few larger fish and moving on to better waters. Since those early years on Horton Kirby he has gone on to fish such places as: Walthamstow, Redmire,Sutton,The Manor,Korda (the BCSG Water) and Birch Grove amongst others and fished many places in France and has fished in Canada. His statistics speak volumes - eleven UK forties including a personal best mirror at over 47lb and two different common's over 40lb. Over 100 carp in excess of thirty pounds, all caught within the UK. His French personal best is a common of over 72lb and a mirror of over 60lb. He was voted 'Carp Angler of the Year' in 2006 and proud to be a member of the British Carp Study Group in which he was enrolled some twelve years ago. Craig is 41 years old and lives in Dartford, Kent. Unlike many successful carp anglers of today he works full time as has only ever been able to fish weekends, evenings and holidays but his 'addiction' to catching carp has never diminished in the thirty or so years he has followed his passion.
