Michael Bronner, Ph.D., professor at New York University, is a recognized authority in business education who has won numerous local and national awards for his teaching and research activities. In addition to his professional activities in ASTD and NABTE, he is the author of numerous articles related to curriculum development and instructional strategies. Chester Delaney is the principal of Delaney Learning Services, Inc., a consulting firm which specializes in career-and life-management programs, skills management for computer professionals, and the analysis/review of training. During his corporate career, he held a variety of professional and management positions in both information technology and human resources, particularly training.
