CHARLES PATRICK GARCIA is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, a highly decorated military officer, a Columbia Law School graduate, and a former White House Fellow. For his success across many fields, Garcia was named one of the nation's 100 most influencial Hispanics and his leadership abilities have earned him a role in the administration of three U.S. Presidents, a Cabinet Secretary, a Governor and a former NATO Supreme Allied Commander.
