The first mode of relief to the central institution at the which naturally suggests itself, is an increased provision western portion of the State, to which this Board has made reference, and which they would again recommend sideration of the proper authorities. The saving of a 1 patient, is an important consideration, and the economy of having th treated in institutions within a reasonable distance of their own h self-evident.
