This is a three-volume guide to essential civil litigation, updated every month. It covers the law and practice governing proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal (Civil Division), Appeals to the House of Lords and the county courts. Set out are all the relevant rules, practice directions, forms, statutes and case materials that a practitioner needs to initiate, defend and appeal a wide range of civil actions. Also contained are rules and statutes on ancillary matters, such as legal aid, solicitors, trustees, probate, court funds and powers of attorney.
