Organizational Behavior - Tapa dura

The text is logically organized and the authors' views of organizational behavior topics to cover is consistent with my own. Although I rearrange some of the material to suit my teaching preferences, the text has excellent topic coverage. I am very satisfied with the general content, layout, and supplements provided with the text.

This text presents classic and emerging organizational behaviour trends and research, making the subject both accessible and meaningful for students. To make the connection between theory and practice, it includes examples, exercises and cases. To help students focus and understand the importance of organizational behaviour, the authors introduce seven managerial competencies that are essential to being an effective leader or member of an organization. These competencies are introduced early and woven throughout in special features, exercises and an interactive self-assessment tool.
