The European Union Treaty: Commentary on the Draft Adopted by the European Parliament on 14 February 1984 - Tapa dura

This commentary, prepared by the four legal experts who assisted the European Parliament in drafting the Treaty, compares the solutions advanced by the Parliament with the Community provisions in force.
