I really enjoyed reading this book...My favourite character was Annabelle because she had cockroach spray that knocked out people (except Piccolo. That's why he was special!) (Tom St. John (age 7) )

Annabelle has passed her messy inspection (just) and can stay on as Piccolo's guardian angel. But she hasn't been doing much watching over him lately. She loves entering competitions, and when she wins the chance to host a fancy dress party it's all she can think about. Piccolo has other worries-who's the lollipop lady with hairy arms and beetly black eyes, and why does creepy Mr Yow follow him everywhere? When the party day arrives, disaster strikes and in the midst of the chaos Piccolo falls under the spell of a mysterious beautiful visitor, Elspeth. Annabelle reveals to him Elspeth's secret past in Africa but they don't know the sinister plan she's concocted. With her cunning disguises and hairy friends Elspeth leads them on a frantic chase-they'll definitely need the help of the angel inspector with his super-pungent knock-out mystifying pizzas!
