In conjunction with the first report - Equally Fair? - this report continues the critical review of social services provision to Britain's black communities. It begins to identify interventions and strategies that can lead to the development of better services for black communities. While the report demonstrates the continued limitations of social services provision it does suggest that there are some areas of improvement.
