This is the instructor's manual for the "Business Strategy Game". It contains a computer disk and detailed instructions for running the game. The "Business Strategy Game" is a computer simulation for strategic management. It aims to help students understand how the functional pieces of a business fit together, by running a simulated company over a number of decision periods to develop a student's business judgement and focus on long-range planning. Students learn from working with numbers, exploring options and trying to unite production, marketing, finance and human resources decisions into a coherent strategy.
