Reseña del editor:
Garlic, olive oil, basil, parmigiano reggiano cheese, sausages, tomatoes, truffles, a pinch of this and a pinch of that are all ingredients of a typical Italian meal based on pasta or savory minestrone soups, with the proper wine, an antipasto, a salad: it all depends on the cook who puts it all together. The author, Emanuela Marionni, is the daughter and granddaughter of parents and grandparents whose passion has always been to enjoy an authentic meal with highlights from the beginning to end. The smell and taste of the ingredients combine together to create a superb experience in a sequence of well-balanced and appetizing aromas that leave a pleasant taste on the palate even after the meal. The joyous intention of this book is to put old family recipes within everyone's reach. You will find it enjoyable to prepare them and you will be surprised by the result.
