Oral Fluency of the First Year ESL Students at STIC - Tapa blanda

ASEAN member-nations feel the demand speaking English since the cross-border business communication is done in English. Because of this, the development of the profile for higher level of speaking to serve the need of the workplace in the ASEAN Economic communities had become the primary concern in the ASEAN countries including Thailand. To meet this challenge, it has become imperative for schools to assess the fluency level of their students in order to cater to their needs.This study was conducted to determine the level of oral fluency of St. Theresa International College EFL learners.
