The author underwent thorough deliberations on critical points in his careful selection of the topics, the flow of discussions and the formulation of exercises. Taken into great consideration is also the fact that Logic is broadly offered to a highly heterogeneous class of students, most of whom are not taking up a Philosophy-related program, so that the discussions were indeed simplified, without compromising the fundamental knowledge of Logic that students are entitled to learn, in aid of developing their critical thinking and pertinent skills beneficial to the their practical life affairs.
