Agabiti Bites - Tapa blanda

This book is a compilation of 55 recipes that I have created during the past 44 years of cooking. There are 5 which are hand-me-downs, which are so noted either in the title, or at the end of the recipe. There are some recipes that are health- conscious and some are rich and creamy, such as Vodka Rigatoni and Alfredo sauce. There is one recipe in particular which has been in my family since 1958, the famous Cheesecake, which is very rich but oooh sooo good. This is what I make about 4 times a year. There are some recipes that are very easy to make and some that have a lot of ingredients and require some time to prepare, but the results are well worth it. As you will see, I use only olive oil or canola oil, and use fresh spices and herbs whenever they are available. Hope you really enjoy this book and I hope all was easy to follow.
