Reseña del editor:
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live among the people in Africa? The Rafiki Foundation gave me the opportunity to teach at their Girls Center near Kampala, Uganda. I lived in the Rafiki Village which was home to twenty orphaned children with whom I shared dinner each evening. This book was written from my journal where I recorded my daily duties and personal experiences. Despite overwhelming disease and poverty, I watched God at work. I will forever be warmed by the memory of my fourteen teenage students who came each day from surrounding villages of mud huts nestled among bright green foliage. They were so bright and eager to learn. I'm pleased to share this day by day experience with you and hope you can visualize Africa through my story. I was encouraged to write this book after reading Bill Bryson's African Diary which he wrote to benefit CARE International. Life is all about ordinary people living extraordinary lives by the power of the Holy Spirit.. NOTA: El libro no está en español, sino en inglés.
