Biografía del autor:
Heart pumping and sweat running down her face – that’s how Alla likes to start her day. What’s better than the stillness of an early morning and a sense of freedom as you move quickly down the winding trail? Running has become Alla’s time of reflection, recharging and sharing with God. Her “Beginner Marathoner’s Faith Training” was inspired on a running track. Alla never envisioned herself becoming either a runner or a Christian, but has now run several full marathons and is planning on training for more. She also found faith in God as a college student and has been involved in a campus ministry at Penn State University with her husband, who’s been a full time campus pastor since they both graduated from Penn State. Alla has spent most of her career in the mental health and education fields. She enjoys spending most of her free time with her two children. Their energy keeps her “running” all day long.
