Reseña del editor:
Tiny Turtle Yoga Guide tells us how to use yoga to help our kids perform better and achieve higher results. Yoga for children is different than adult yoga and you need to know how it is different so you can get the best from your kids using yoga to breathe, learn, move, and play. Alicia Chapman Mauldin has over 15 years of experience with hundreds of hours of formal training and teaching experience, so her advice is grounded in yoga philosophies, history, and fact. In part three of the book, Alicia tells us how to attend a yoga class with all the DOs and DON'Ts so you can join a class and not feel awkward.
