Michael Francis Stout is a writer who grew up in a world of fantasy, horror and science fiction, influenced by authors like Ray Bradbury, J.R.R. Tolkien and H.G. Wells. He is also the author of One Weekend, a tale of a man who loses everything and has one weekend to decide what kind of a human being he really is. Michael currently lives in Chicago. He is a Yankee, although he considers himself half-Texan, having lived in Austin, Texas for ten years. He loves to go for long walks in the rain and hopes someday to write love stories on a horse farm by the sea.
