Over the years the Lord has brought me through many trials and tribulations. Having survived several life-threatening experiences and tragedies, has given me a deep sense of God's goodness and grace. In turn, I have tried to convey this to others.In writing this book, I feel that it is my responsibility to share my faith and beliefs, and offer encouragement in hopes that you realize who holds the future in the palm of His hands and that you are never alone.

Miss Edna has always felt her purpose is to work with other people . . . and she does.Coming from a large family emphasis was put on getting an education and always putting God first. She is a certified drug abuse counselor, with individual and group clients as well as holding other positions in the medical profession, including clinical experience. Having survived several life-threatening experiences has given her a deeper sense of God's goodness and grace, which she has in turn tried to convey to her readers. As a foster parent she encourages her children and others to be the best they can be, putting God, common sense and education first in their lives. She feels that it's her responsibility to share her beliefs with her foster children and instill in them not only to believe in themselves, but to expose them to religious training.Walking with the Lord is her life, she takes the responsibility of all her obligations towards her church very seriously, and feels that there is nothing that can hinder her as long as the Lord is on her side.This book is about her experiences and God's intervention on her behalf. She shares how she came to have a deep and abiding faith in God. When she looks back over the years, she truly knows that God has always been there for her and through this book hopes to encourage others by telling them, Who Holds the Future and You're Never Alone.
