But it was adjourned, and afterwards judgment was given by the whole Court, that the plaintiff should not have execution upon this Scire Facias, there being no rent reserved upon the term, and therefore it would be vain for the plaintiff to have execution before the term was ended. Judgment was given for the defendant.
