Features numerous black and white photos and images as well as an illustration of evens used for the dustjacket and repeated in black and white on p. 4. Endpapers feature 1888 photograph of Port Perry's waterfront. No discernible wear to binding or dustjacket. Pages clean. Text clear and unmarked. Fine condition. Explores the tragic history surround the great fires of November 26, 1883 and July 4. 1884 which stand as the greatest disaster to hit the small town of Port Perry. The book recounts the devastation as well as the recovery of the town in the wake of these disasters. The book is mainly a chronicle of the town since the fires and up to the 1980s. Signed by J.
