Adaline Kent Award Exhibition in honor of Wally Hedrick. From the essay: "Although painting is his primarily chosen medium, Wally Hedrick is a conceptual artist, concerned more with ideas and meanings than with techniques or forms. His paintings are filled with provocative, often whimsical messages, many of which would be considered daring if measured by the standards of the time in which they were painted."
