100pp. Orange cloth covered boards with gilt lettering on spine and gilt illustration on front cover. Cerise end papers with previous owner's bookplate on front paste down. Printed on pink, whiet and light fawn paper. Wood engravings by David Gentleman. Decorations by Asgeir Scott, illustrations by Edward Ardizzone and maps by Sheila Waters. Shelf wear to tail of spine and lower boards edges. Toning to page edges of pp37-56. Slight foxing to fore edge. No inscriptions. Yellow unclipped dust jacket with red lettering on face and spine with copy of illustration from front cover in red. Tiny tear to top of front flap hinge. Another tear (repaired) to lower edge of front panel. Now protected in clear archival wraps. N° de ref. del artículo 013922

The Bookshop at Beech Cottage trades exclusively via the internet. I acquire most of my stock through a network of suppliers based in southern England. My particular interests are illustrated Private Press and modern Poetry. I also have a collection of Prospectuses and similar ephemera. I am careful to select only the better quality items for the Bookshop that are within my speciality and pass on those that are outside my remit. I am a former librarian and read for pleasure - as many booksellers do! I take great care of my books while they are staying at Beech Cottage and would only ask my customers that they do likewise.
