He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Citrix Certified Administrator and a Compaq Master Accredited Systems Engineer. Robert is a major contributing author for the best selling "Windows NT Server 4.0 Unleashed" and is the lead author for "Windows NT Troubleshooting and Configuration", both published by Sams.
