Full leather cover with five raised bands to spine, and handwritten title-label. 133 x 205 x 42mm. 472pp. Leather surface worn, scuffed, stained, both boards loose but holding; no front endpaper, or any leaves before title-page; very minor bookworm damage to a handful of leaves, but internal text generally remarkable clean and bright (very occasional light soiling, but no foxing); apart from cover, binding sound throughout. A very scarce first edition copy, which shows its age but remains entirely readable, or suitable for re-covering. NB: An extra shipping charge may be requested for heavier or more valuable items.
