Between Fairs, Wilfrid Gibson, Macmillan, 1928, First Edition First Impression A scarcely seen play from the prolific poet and playwright whose work spanned the whole of the first half of the twentieth century. Between Fairs is a three act play set in the corner of a north country fairground. in very good condition, the binding is sound, the beautifully decorated boards unmarked, the endpapers and pages without marks or tears save owner's initials to the first free endpaper. The unclipped dust jacket (the book is scarce its own right but not seen previously with its dust jacket) has some loss to the spine and is in two parts both held into the book by the front and rear flaps.
