Cobden-Sanderson and the Doves Bindery, which he founded in 1893. The author focuses on the broad range of Cobden-Sanderson's ability and his gift for beautiful design. The book is profusely illustrated. Very good condition. Minor damp damage to endpapers and prelims, causing some swelling of the paper (front free endpaper & following three leaves) and to free rear endpaper. No other damp related issues. The book is extremely clean and bright internally and free of marks. Printed Addenda & Corrigenda sheet loosely inserted (which is also slightly ruckled due to the damp damage). Book.
