Garrick, by Hogarth (frontispiece); [2] Facsimile Pages of the Diary (2); [3] La Colonnade, a Garden at Versailles (Rigaud); [4] L'Hotel de Ville (Rigaud); [5] La Bastille (Rigaud); [6] Le Chateau de Marli (Rigaud); [7] Le Chateau Royal de Madrid (Rigaud); [8] Portrait of Garrick, by Liotard. Vellum spine and sides, with titling, decoration gilt on spine, and 18th century-style marbled paper-covered boards, top-edge gilt. Former owner's book label on front paste-down. Endpapers, frontispiece & tissue guard, titlepage, show some tanning, or brown-spotting (foxing); most pages are unopened, cover edges, corner show light wear, small brown spots to marbled paper on covers.
