Green w/black lettering. Minor rubbing to head and heel of spine, edges, and light scuffing to boards. Hint of a lean. Faint and small library stamp to front endpaper, no other library marks or residue of such. Endpapers are discolored due to aging binding glue. Text is overall clean and bright, shows the occasional thumb smudge, lightly and evenly tanned. "When Jerry Rathburn, famous motion picture star, was found shot to death in his California home, the news aroused two continents. Many people would have had reason to kill the matinee idol, for numberless women, known and unknown, had loved him, and he had been hated by a legion of men. Or Jerry might, with equally good cause, have killed himself." (from the blurb). N° de ref. del artículo B151008
