The following highlights were noted: The Manuscripts include the Muchelney Breviary, an Important Record of English Monastic Life and History; an Illuminated Hours of the Use of York, of Folio Size and in Superb Condition, with other finely decorated Hours of English and Continental Origin; Two Sarum Manuals : the Buckland Missal, a Very Fine Example of English XIV Century Illumination; the Closworth Missal, a Magnificent English MS. In Exceptional Condition; the Well-Known ''Bangor " Missal; the Shepton Beauchamp Missal ; the Missal of The Abbot of Tongerloo; a Fine English XII Century Missal; a Missal of the Use of York; the Buxheim Psalter, with Important German XIV Century Miniatures; the Sacramentary of Banz, a Musical Ms. Of the XII Century; and Many Others. The Printed Books include Many Exceedingly Rare Service Books (Some Printed on Vellum), such as the Strassburg Breviary of 1478 ; the Magdeburg Breviary, 1491; the Sarum Breviaries of Regnault, 1535, R.
