Interior has East Hampton Public Library label, small inked numbers on the blank reverse of title-page. Lacks front free endpaper; else is clean and tight. CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: Original intent was to publish a pamphlet publication, thus shortening and condensing its history. The 52nd fought alongside the 104th PA Inf for much of the war. The unit participated in the Peninsula Campaign to North and South Carolina. Its engagements included the Battle of Williamsburg; Battle of Seven Pines; Second Battle of Fort Wagner and the Carolinas Campaign.
