[I'm guessing this is the first U.S. edition, although it is not stated as such.] A fine, hardcover copy, orange covered boards with sharp corners, tan covered spine with gold lettering. Book is square and solid, spine is tight. Not ex-library, no previous owner markings, book plates, or remainder marks. Unread and looks new. Author signature only on full-title page in black ink. Included is postcard from the Odyssey Bookshop (South Hadley, MA) indicating that this book was the April 2010 selection for its signed First Edition Club.
