Rare second edition of the score with special provenance, in the new edition edited by F. Weingartner with the reworking of the instrumentation completed by Wagner in 1846, his various error corrections as well as his 1860 changes to the end of the overture and opera. This second edition is of special importance for collectors, since the first edition was produced in only 25 copies, of which only 3 are still verifiable for us. Dedication on p. 2: "This copy is for the personal use of Georg Ludwig Jochum only. Berlin 1938 A. Fürstner", with his entries in pencil and colored pencil. - WWV p. 235; Klein p. 17. - Seltene zweite Ausgabe der Partitur mit besonderer Provinienz, in der von F. Weingartner editierten Neubearbeitung mit der von Wagner 1846 vollzogenen Umarbeitung der Instrumentation, seinen diversen Fehlerkorrekturen sowie seiner Abänderungen von 1860 der Schlüsse von Ouvertüre und Oper. Dieser zweiten Ausgabe kommt eine bedondere Bedeutung für Sammler zu, da die erste Ausgabe nur in 25 Exemplaren hergestellt wurde, von denen aber für uns nur noch 3 Exemplare nachweisbar sind.
