Front cover simply states, "gayest / greetings / and may / all blessings / attend / you / Donna E. Workman." Inside (pages 2 and 3) consist, to the left, of William A. Smith's famed right-facing profile sketch of an older Sandburg, and to the right, a facsimile of a manuscript of Sandburg's poem in his distinctive script, reading in full: "There is only one man in the world / and his name is All Men. / There is only one woman in the world / and her name is All Women. / There is only one child in the world / and the child's name is All Children. / Carl Sandburg / 1957 / anno Domini / Pax Vobircum."
