The dates of the French Revolution are 1789-1799, this being published just before. Jubert, bookbinder and gilder, was a path-breaking almanac publisher. His son-in-law, Pierre-Etienne Janet, took over the business in 1790 and continued in his father-in-law s business, producing almanacs illustrated with 12 fine copper engravings with a calendar etc. By this collection I have purchased, you could purchase different themed almanacs each year.
