No dust jacket. 166 pp., with numerous maps and other illustrations, some in colour and some fold-out. The book is in fair condition with quite heavy shelf-wear to the extremities of the cover, the boards appear faded and marked with some paper adhering to the front board. The hinges are cracked, with the back board quite loose, but the binding is tight. There is some light foxing to page edges and a few liquid spill marks to the last page of the index, efep and end paste down. One of the fold-out maps has a 4" tear to a fold. The corners are thumbed.
