Añadir al carritoComb binding. Condición: Very good. Large oblong folio, 6pp.; , plus 4pp. of text. A large-format proposal for a fraternity house for the Sigma Chi fraternity, almost certainly for the Case Western Reserve University chapter. Collins co-founded the storied Collins and Rimer architectural firm in 1962. This proposal reads as a school project, and Collins, who signed this project as "Bill Collins," most likely produced this work during his college years at Case, during the early 1950s. The building, a strong midcentury modern design, does not appear to have been built, but Collins developed detailed blueprints and drawings, and beautiful and sleek perspective illustrations. Likely missing a front cover illustration (due to some glue residue), and two of the blueprints are partially or entirely loose from their backing, but they are not chipped or missing any pieces. Overall in very good condition.
