Text block firmly bound in. With 212 numbered pages of heavy weight, semi-glossy paper. Moderate page waviness towards the fore edge, as is common with large art books of heavy-weight stock. In addition to the principal text, this volume includes numerous plates, variously in color, B&W and sepia-tone. Several are full-page; there are also a few double-page spreads.
