Pubblicazione davvero molto accattivante dal punto di vista grafico (con immagini che rispecchiano in toto lo stile e il gusto dell'epoca). Si segnalano, per l'interese locale, le due pagine dedicate all'architetto Giuseppe Sommaruga (una raffiugurante Villa at Stresa, Entrance Lodge e la seconda Villa at Stresa (Lago Maggiore), Lake Front / (from L'architettura di Giuseppe Sommaruga - Preiss and Bestetti, Milano). Stato di conservazione: si segnalano superficiali abrasioni (con, anche, mancanze del rivestimento) sugli angoli delle coperte e sui dorsi, qualche traccia d'uso (una firma d'appartenenza a penna rossa sul margine superiore del primo foglio bianco del tomo I, sporadiche macchioline sulle pagine) ma, nel complesso, due buoni esemplari.
