Aspirin is used in versatile purpose such as, anti-inflammatory (in joint diseases), anti-platelets (in cardiovascular disease), analgesic and antipyretic. The aim of present investigation is to study the effect of oral administration of drug acetylsalicylic acid (ASA, aspirin) on female albino rat, Rattus norvegicus. The female rats (n=24) were allocated into 2 groups as control (n=12) and treated (n=12). The treated rats were given oral dose of aspirin 100 mg/ kg body weight for 15 days (n=6) and 30 days (n=6). The present investigation results suggest that the high doses of ASA, induced histopathological changes in liver, kidney and reproductive organs directly or indirectly through modulation of certain biochemical and enzymological activities. There are different approaches for creating user profiles by gathering user information through proxy servers or desktop robots . But both techniques require active participation of the user to install and configure these applications. In this work, we investigated the use of a less-expensive means of gathering user information for personalized or user specific search. Our study explored the effectiveness of personalized search based upon user profiles constructed from user search records. Individual user information such as queries submitted ,results returned and web pages selected from retrieved results were collected to create user profiles. These profiles were then used to re-rank the search results and the rank-order of the user-examined results before and after re-ranking were compared. Our study found that user profiles based on queries were as effective as those based on title and short descriptions. Focus is placed on amenity-based characteristics and sustenance organization in order to predict net migration rates. Findings suggest that areas with flourishing sustenance producing activities and more amenity-based characteristics are experiencing higher levels of in-migration. A sample of residents living in the state of Nevada is used to determine the likelihood of an individual migrating to the New West. Individuals having recently migrated to Nevada were found to be older, having obtained higher levels of education, and of Hispanic or Asian descent.
