An aging stage performer heads to London to be the star of a new show, but when another performer is given the lead role, his daughter sets up a scheme to get him back in the limelight. 7.5 x 9.5 inches. Very Good plus, with discoloration from the glue on the verso.

Text block has moderate foxing and gutters are loosening. The Phelps Dodge Corporation provided the copper to use in the covers of this book that chronicles the making of an epic western film. ; 12" x 14"; 35 pp.

Vintage double weight photograph of director Wesley Ruggles (left) eating lunch with actors Bing Crosby (right) and Adolphe Menjou (center) in the Paramount commissary in 1934. Mimeo snipe on the verso. Ruggles directed Crosby in "College Humor" (1934), and the pair would go on to work together in "Mississippi" (1935) and "Sing, You Sinners" (1938). Crosby and Menjou appeared together in the Paramount short "Hollywood on Parade A-9" (1933). 10 x 8 inches. Very Good plus, with light wear at the corners.

Soon after presumed window Vicky (Jean Arthur) marries her late husband's friend and business partner Henry (Melvyn Douglas), her first, presumed dead, husband Bill (Fred MacMurray) shows back up, and now she's got one too many. First Edition. 0blong Quarto. 35 pages. A unique copy of which a handful were bound in thin copper plate supplied by Phelps Dodge Corporation of Globe, Arizona. The movie was William Holden's first major film and the movie was made in Tucson. Sadly, the old movie sets burned down and have been replaced with a much more modest one. Book measures 31 x 36 cm and is full of photographs with scenes from the movie and excerpts from the script. It was originally from a novel by Clarence Budington Kelland and issued in serial form in the Saturday Evening Post. Claude Binyon wrote the screenplay and Wesley Ruggles directed the film. Covers just a bit bowed, a few spots of staining and the name "Pedro in pencil to upper board. A very good copy.
