Soft cover. Condición: Good. Good card book (6" tall x 8-1/4"), with a white comb binding printed in 1976 and imported in 1978. Contains 25 cards featuring a full-color picture of the food item on one side and the recipe (in Korean and English) on the reverse side. The front cover has a light surface crease but other cards are fine. Downgraded because the comb has split in half, a couple of teeth are partially broken, and not all teeth secure all cards. NOT an ex-library copy!.

Written in Korean. A fine collection of recipes was compiled after careful testing and selecting by the author - known for her in demonstrations in person or on TV. This is the large version - 304 pages printed on thick card stock - not to be confused with the small 25 page version. 4to binder 10 3/4" tall. Short intro. in English by Helen Nicks. Many photos - mainly in color of dishes and utensils. 4 ring red binder 10 3/4" x 9 3/4" x 3" thick stamped in white and gilt. Clear vinyl protective jacket with narrow wrap-around dust jacket. Clean. Appears never used. Fine condition.

First edition of this exceedingly scarce Korean Cook Book, by Mrs. Wang. The book addresses traditional Korean dishes, as well as those adapting some western ingredients, in addition, there are excellent comparables tables at the end of the text. This should not be confused with the much smaller pamphlets published under the author's name with the same title.
