Vladimir Mikhaylovich Konashevich (1888 - 1963) was a Russian graphic artist and illustrator. He studied at the Stroganov School of Applied Arts in Moscow from 1906 to 1910. After graduating, he worked as a book illustrator and graphic designer. He also taught at the Stroganov School and at the Vkhutemas art school. Konashevich was a prolific artist and produced a wide range of work, including book illustrations, posters, and magazine covers. He was particularly known for his illustrations of Russian folk tales and fairy tales. His work is characterized by its simple, elegant style and its use of traditional Russian motifs.
